With close to 90 different appellations, Joseph Drouhin offers a fascinating array of Burgundy terroirs, and is one of the most historic domaines in Burgundy. The estate has been family-owned and run by the Drouhin family for the last 140 years , and they have adopted a natural-focused, biodynamic approach, to show the utmost respect for the soil, the vine and the environment. Pressed slowly, to respect the fruit and fermented using naural yeasts. Aged in stainlesss steel and oak barrels for 6 to 8 months.
A wine for mere pleasure! Pale yellow colour with numerous bright green reflections. Intense persistant flavours of peach and white flowers harmoniously meshed together. On the palate, the wine is ample, fresh, intense, with reminiscent notes of ripe grapes, almond, fresh hazelnut and cinnamon. This is an elegant wine with good structure
