About Us

C&C Wines is an independently owned business and joint venture between two families – Carson and Carnevale. Founded in March 2017, the company combines expertise and proven track records in both wine and distribution. We set out with three key principles which we continuously strive to meet:

  • To discover, import and distribute wines from producers that are highly respected, authentic and able to over-deliver in terms of price, quality and style.
  • To provide our customers with a best-in class service, from supply chain to sales support, to develop long-term, reliable and mutually beneficial relationships.
  • To continually develop our offering, taking on key feedback from customers, reviewing market trends and insights.

Operating as both an agent and London based South East England wholesaler, we are thrilled to represent and/or distribute a diverse range of wineries from around the world, many of whom are considered leaders of their respective regions. Equally, our enthusiastic and high-calibre team prides itself on being able to deliver the best customer service to London’s HORECA, regional wholesalers, specialist retailers or selected national retailers.

Our Customers

We place our customers’ needs at the heart of our business and we are fully committed to providing each and every one of our clients with the best possible service possible either via our own-fleet delivery service or from our nominated bonded warehouse. C&C Wines offers London HORECA the lowest minimum order quantities, 24hour delivery as standard and in certain cases – same day picking and delivery. For regional wholesale and specialist accounts we offer day 1-3 delivery nationwide in varying quantities.

We always seek to understand what is most important to each of our accounts and supply restaurants of all shapes and sizes: from Michelin starred restaurants to casual dining. Our on-trade portfolio offers both quality and value from across the globe.

With a wide ranging list of power brands, artisanal wines which exude personality and house options; we offer our customers a full solution that covers varying price points which is more than capable providing a real point of difference.

Wholesalers

With full access to our agency portfolio, packed full of award winners and outstanding value for money “order builders”; we believe in building partnerships with each of our regional wholesale partners and work tirelessly to add value to their business.

As a result of our low minimum order and/or mixed case policy, C&C Wines has developed a strong relationship with many independent specialists across the UK, supplying agency wines whilst providing engagement initiatives to support and drive sales.

Our Services

Sourcing excellent quality wines and offering first class customer service is only part of our role as a supplier. Our mission is to go the extra mile to support our customers however we can. We want to understand what matters to our customers first before reviewing initiatives to maximise their experience and profitability. This is a role that we are 100% committed to, as are our producer partners.

Supportive Distribution

We recognise that different businesses require different levels of service. HORECA customers, where low stock-holding and late ordering is important, benefit from our 24/7 order portal and low minimum order thresholds, whereas wholesalers and specialists receive flexible solutions either via our own-fleet or nominated 3rd party bond distribution service.

Engagement Initiatives

We work closely with all our producer partners to offer a range of seasonal promotions and/or experiential initiatives. These are available to both on-trade and off-trade customers and focused on delivering consumer pull-through or engaging experiences.

Wine List Design and POS

Not only will our WSET trained sales team support you in developing a relevant, engaging and profit orientated wine list, but our primary supply customers can also benefit from our in-house wine list design service and POS merchandise, such as ice-buckets and coravins.

Staff Training

Our portfolio ambassador and sales team are here to assist customers in improving sales. We provide staff training including background information on the producers as well as educational training to ensure a confident team and front of house service.
