INTRODUCTION
With close to 90 different appellations, Joseph Drouhin offers a fascinating array of Burgundy terroirs, and is one of the most historic domaines in Burgundy. The estate has been family-owned and run by the Drouhin family for the last 140 years , and they have adopted a natural-focused, biodynamic approach, to show the utmost respect for the soil, the vine and the environment. Pressed slowly, to respect the fruit and fermented using naural yeasts. Aged in stainlesss steel for 6 to 8 months.
TASTING NOTES
A wine that smiles and makes you smile! It is stylistically close to Pouilly-Fuissé, with its golden hue, its greenish reflection and its refreshing taste. The aromas are reminiscent of the ripe Chardonnay grape, with subtle notes of musk. A pleasant roundness coats the palate.
