INTRODUCTION
The Verdicchio grapes are softly pressed, and fermented in stainless steel, under careful temperature control to accentuate primary characteristics.
TASTING NOTES
This is a typical expression of Verdicchio wine, which is easy to drink, characterful and youthful. Straw yellow in colour with green hints, aromas are dominant with white peach, elder and hawthorn. The palate is well-structured, fresh and intense, yet soft, with the alcohol providing a solid backbone. The aftertaste is of slightly bitter almond, which is. typical of the grape variety.
