Harvested at the start of September by hand, transporting the grapes in small baskets. Fermented in stainless steel after soft crushing of the grapes. Aged for a minimum of one month in the bottle before release.


This special blend of white grape varieties offers is a light yellow colour with green reflections. Both the aromas and the palate are very fresh, with an interesting interplay of floral and fruit
aromas reminiscent of green apple, pear and apricot. It has a pleasantly dry flavour, with fresh acidity and delicate smoothness. Serai is a perfect companion with several dishes, based on fish, or on its own as an aperitif.
