INTRODUCTION

A bright and vibrant Sicilian Grillo, from grapes planted at 200-250m above sea level, in the Mazara del Vallo production area of northwestern Sicily.

TASTING NOTES

A bright yellow/gold in colour, it has intense and elegant aromas reminiscent of citrus and orange blossom. The palate is enveloping and fruit-driven, and it would make an excellent pairing to first courses and fried fish.
