INTRODUCTION
Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed. Transferred to puncheons for ferment with all solids. 20% of the wine went through malolactic fermentation. Lees stirred monthly.
TASTING NOTES
Notes of lime pith and stonefruit. On the palate, nougat, vanilla and ripe peach combine to make an elegant, harmonious wine.
