INTRODUCTION
The production area includes a wide surface on the plain of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region. In this land, well-known for its profound winemaking expertise, the nature of the soil and the particularly mild climate have contributed to create the best conditions for the vine growth.
Evolved from Pinot Nero, Pinot Grigio has a coppery color, and for the most part, vis vinified as. awhite wine. It is very popular in the Friuli region, yielding elegant and fruity wines.
TASTING NOTES
Copper in colour with rose hints, the aromas are fruit-forward and intense. This is mirrored on the palate, which is very well balanced. Recommended with fish dishes, soups, delicate cheeses and eggs.
