INTRODUCTION

The Cuisse de Nymphe is a type of rose, a very pale coloured rose tending slightly to mauve. It was brought to France at the end of the 16th century, from the Crimea. This Languedoc rosé is pressed directly without contact with the skin, revealing a fleshy pink colour worthy of a“Cuisse de Nymphe”.

TASTING NOTES

A pale rosé offering delicate notes of small red and citrus fruits. Its roundness and acidity make it perfect to accompany picnics, salads and barbecues.
