INTRODUCTION

What stories could the grandfather of the St. Pauls Pinot Bianco tell us? There, at the foot of the Gantkofel mountain, where the Dolomites end, the powerful vines have been digging deep into the earth since ancient times and feeding off the mineral-rich limestone dolomite rock. And thus the multi-layered Kalkberg whispers to us of the strength of the elements, bewitching us with its unique character: wide-ranging and amazingly deep.

TASTING NOTES

The wine offers a multi-faceted aroma spectrum with fine aromatic notes of yellow apple and pear, white peach and fresh mountain herbs. Very complex on the palate with a compact structure. Long-lasting powerful mineral finish.
