INTRODUCTION
Cuvée Noble N°2 is a unique blend of Riesling and Pinot Gris. Both varietals are considered “noble” varietals from Alsace. Together they make this wine fresh, aromatic with fruity flavors, very food-friendly.
TASTING NOTES
Bright gold in colour, the nose is full of citrus notes, pear and mirabelle. The palate is zesty and fruity with a touch of spice and a fresh finish. Perfect as a pre-dinner drink, with seafood, fish, white meats and cheeses.
