“Caligo”, or “mist” in Friulian dialect, evokes the freshness of Sauvignon del Collio, bringing to mind the light morning mist which surrounds the vineyards, a place unique in the world.
TASTING NOTES
A delicate yellow colour with pale green highlights; very intense aromas with notes of passion fruit, nettle and boxwood; sharp and fresh flavoured with a distinct and lingering mineral finish.
