INTRODUCTION

Nosiola is native to Trentino and it grows where soils are alluvial, with a good presence of skeleton, the terrain is south-facing, at altitudes between 250-350 metres. Nosiola is a late
ripening grape, and it is characterized by a good acidity, which enhances the freshness of the wine. A short maceration favours the extraction of the aromas in the skins, and it
is followed by typical white winemaking technique. The wine is bottled at the beginning of spring.

TASTING NOTES
