Nosiola is native to Trentino and it grows where soils are alluvial, with a good presence of skeleton, the terrain is south-facing, at altitudes between 250-350 metres. Nosiola is a late
ripening grape, and it is characterized by a good acidity, which enhances the freshness of the wine. A short maceration favours the extraction of the aromas in the skins, and it
is followed by typical white winemaking technique. The wine is bottled at the beginning of spring.

Pale straw yellow in colour with greenish hues, fruity on the nose with hints of white fruits and white flowers, with a light note of hazelnut which follows through on the palate. Fresh and at the same time mellow. Nosiola goes especially well with appetizers and fresh water fish. Serve at 10-12°C.
