The grapes for this Sauvignon Blanc are selected from our vineyards in the Central Valley. Fermentation temperatures are kept between 14-15ºC. Once the blend is made, the wine is clarified and stabilised in cool temperatures, and later filtered. The wine then sterilised by filtering it through a membrane to ensure microbiological stability.
This Sauvignon Blanc has a pale yellow colour with light hues of green. It gives scents of intense tropical fruits, gooseberry, herbs, and notes of zesty citrus. It presents a balanced palate with pleasing acidity and a soft, persistent finish. This is an excellent aperitif or pairs perfectly with salads, fish, and poultry. Serve chilled.
