La Bandina is a single vineyard Valpolicella Superiore. All the grapes from the vineyard are used to make La Bandina, non e are detracted to make an Amarone, giving La Bandina the best possible quality grapes. It can be drank upon release or aged for many year to come.
La Bandina is deep ruby red with purple nuances. On the nose the aroma is fruity and intense with hints of cherry, red fruit, liquorice, tobacco and cedar wood. On the palate the flavor is soft and warm, supported by a good structure, it is balanced and persistent.
