“La Bandina” is a single vineyard Valpolicella Superiore. All the grapes from the vineyard are used to make “La Bandina”, with none taken for the production of Amarone, giving “La Bandina” the best possible quality grapes. It can be drunk upon release or aged for many years to come.
“La Bandina” is deep ruby red with purple nuances. On the nose the aroma is fruity and intense with hints of cherry, red fruit, liquorice, tobacco, and cedar wood. On the palate, the flavour is soft and warm, supported by a good structure, balance and persistence.
