INTRODUCTION
The composition of Apartado varies each year depending on the best barrels of the harvest. The Apartado story began in 1997, when the owner of the winery asked our head winemaker Mariano Di Paola why certain barrels were “set apart from the rest.” He was so impressed with the wines that he immediately asked Mariano to start producing a new line. Today, the Apartado range represents the true richness of the vineyards in the Uco Valley. It is truly a head turner, as it delicately combines the best Rutini has to offer. A big, powerful, oaked Chardonnay – it is both fermented and aged in oak barrels!
TASTING NOTE
It is a robust, yet refreshing blend made with the best white varietals of the harvest. The grapes for this wine were carefully hand-picked at peak maturity, fostering the development of rich tropical aromas in perfect balance with crisp acidity.
