This wine is produced from grapes carefully selected directly in the vineyards. The selection takes place with the utmost care, overseen by our wine experts to ensure the quality and precision required for our wines. The grapes are vinified before selected yeasts and sugar are added to the base wine, which then undergoes a second fermentation at a controlled temperature in pressurised tanks. After the filtration process, the wine is bottled using modern technologies.
