Malvirà is a family-run vineyard in its second generation in the increasingly recognised region of Roero, Piedmont. Tre Uve, as the name suggests, is made of three grape varieties: Chardonnay (40%), Sauvignon Blanc (40%), and Arneis (20%). It is excellent with salmon, white meats, white truffles, and lighter blue cheeses.
Tre Uve is a rich golden yellow in colour with scents and flavours of rich fruits, hazelnuts, and dairy. Over time, the aromas become intense with scents such as honey, pineapple, ripe fruits, candied citrus, and citrus peel. The finish is slightly bitter but pleasantly refreshing.
