With the wine blend tracking the grapes grown in the Cleto Chiarli vineyards, the Brut de Noir Rosé consists of 85% Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, 15% Pinot Nero. The latter is cultivated in the Tenuta Santacroce estate on the Bologna hillside area. Soft pressing of the grapes with immediate separation of the skin of the grapes and the must, precedes the careful vinification and fermentation in “cuve close” at a low temperature for more than 6 months.
Brilliant pale rosé in colour with a fine and persistent perlage. It has a dry and harmonious taste and is pleasantly sapid. Its delicate bouquet brings notes of fresh fruit. Perfect as an ‘aperitivo’ as well as paired with fine food. Excellent also with fruit salads and ice cream.
