From the traditional designated area of Lugana, on the southern shores of Lake Garda. Cento Filari is made from low yield vineyards with at least 20% of the grapes completing maturation on cut off shoots to increase the aroma concentration and complexity. Goes well with hors d’oeuvres, soups, fish and seafood.
Bright straw yellow in colour. On the nose it breaks out with intense notes of flowers and fruits. On the palate it reveals a good minerality and acidity along with full yet soft mouthfeel and a persistent aftertaste.
