Originally from Tramin, this grape variety is now cultivated worldwide. In the Valle Isarco, Gewürztraminer is grown on the terraces most exposed to the sun, which gives this wine an incomparable aroma and the characteristics that have made it one of the greatest among white wines.
Delicate processing and crushing are followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks with a lack of malolactic fermentation.
A yellow wine with greenish hues, it is elegant and markedly aromatic, with an unmistakable bouquet of select spices and rose. It is characteristic of Gewürztraminer, and deep with a remarkable texture.
